For regular scheduled tours: Cancellation more than 72 hours from scheduled tour cannot be refunded but can be used rescheduling a future tour. Cancellation 72 hours or less: No refund but can be rescheduled for a future tour on a "space available basis".

For Private tours we require a $250 to secure a reservation

Private Tour Cancellation/Reschedule policies:

For Private tours of 13 people or less: Cancellations or rescheduling more than 10 days from scheduled tour results in credit for the amount paid to be used for rebooking a private tour within 6 months of original scheduled tour. Cancellation or rescheduling 10 days or less from scheduled tour can result in forfeiture of up to $250

For Private Tours of 14 people or more: Up to $250 is nonrefundable if cancelled or rescheduled.
